专利说明:
TECHNICAL AREA The present invention relates to the field of print finishing. It relates to a merging device according to the preamble of claim 1. It further relates to a method for operating such a merging device. STATE OF THE ART Under the heading "Direct Mailing» have been known for some time activities in which advertising leaflets, brochures, flyers, printed sheets and the like., Which were otherwise often (advertising) attached as advertising supplements of a newspaper collected by multiple senders to make a variety of compilations, each of which contains a printed product from each sender and in the form of a small stack to the recipient, eg Households, delivered or distributed. In order to better handle the individual stack-like compilations of the printed products during transport and distribution, it is advantageous to take measures to hold together the individual stacks. From the prior art it is known when one of the printed products is folded to open this printed product and to insert the other printed products in the opened printed product. This is done in practice by those persons by hand, which distribute the compilations in their assigned districts. For this purpose, the individual printed products are delivered in the form of packaged stacks at certain locations. The stacks must then be unpacked by hand and the printed products removed from the various stacks individually and combined to the desired composition. It goes without saying that the formation of the compositions by hand by the people involved in the distribution does not require any expenditure on equipment, however, especially when large quantities are to be distributed, is extremely time-consuming and greatly delays the distribution process and additional staff costs caused. It may therefore be more economically advantageous, under certain circumstances, to centrally and mechanically carry out the formation and provision of the assemblies and to provide the distributors with the finished assemblies. However, the above-mentioned Einsteckverfahren in which a folded printed product is opened and the other printed products are inserted into the opened printed product, however, requires considerable mechanical effort. On the other hand, it is conceivable to hold together the compilation of the printed products in that an adhesive or non-adhesive strip is placed laterally around an edge of the compilation. Such a technology is e.g. from WO 2012/084 464 A2 or WO 2012/084 494 A2 of the Applicant known. Furthermore, from EP 2 107 023 A1 discloses a method for creating a stream of sheet products, in particular printed products, known in a predetermined sequence, the products coming from several supply streams, controlled at several successive dispensing positions along at least one grouping distance at least one conveyor continuously moved along a closed orbit and delivered to a further processing station. Only those products are transferred to the processing station whose sequence corresponds to the predetermined sequence, the delivery of new products from the feed streams to the conveyor after detection of an error is interrupted without interrupting the movement of the conveyor, which is part of the conveyor located on the conveyor is promoted back to the grouping distance at least from a fault point corresponding to the error and the error is corrected by delivery of the corresponding product or the corresponding products. From WO 2011/144 451 A1 a print finishing plant for collating and further processing of flat precursors is known, which comprises a collating device with a conveyor on which in a closed circuit a plurality of circumferentially arranged in succession receiving units for receiving precursors to be collected circulates, and at which a plurality of feeders are arranged in at least one gathering area in the circulation direction, from which precursors are discharged into the receiving units moving past the conveyor track. At least one point of the conveyor track, a transfer device is arranged, which transfer collected first sub-collections from the receiving units for further processing, and at least at a further point of the conveyor track or spaced therefrom a merge is arranged, which collected further sub-collections from the receiving units with the first Sub-collections or the first sub-collection merges comprehensive print products into collections. There is the desire to provide a device with which quickly, flexibly and with reduced equipment cost individual printed products in a predetermined and at any time changeable way to compilations can be brought together and made ready for distribution. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the invention to provide such a device, and to provide a method for their operation. These and other objects are achieved by the features of claims 1, 12 and 13. Embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. The inventive merging device, which is particularly suitable for printed products such as leaflets, flyers or the like., Comprises a collection section with at least two parallel and independently operating collecting routes on which a plurality of products are supplied in succession and combined one above the other to form a collection product , as well as at least one further processing section placed behind the collecting section with at least one further processing device. It is characterized in that between the collecting section and the at least one further processing section, a distribution device is arranged, which selectively supplies the collecting products coming from the collection of one of the at least one further processing device. An embodiment of the merging device according to the invention is characterized in that the at least one further processing section comprises two parallel arranged and independently working further processing devices, and that the distribution device, the collection products coming from the collection selectively one or two further processing devices supplies. Another embodiment of the merging device according to the invention is characterized in that the collecting lines are designed for synchronous operation. A further embodiment of the merging device according to the invention is characterized in that the distribution device is designed as a switch module, which selectively transfers the collection products coming from the collection as product streams in the at least one further processing section. In particular, in the case of the two further processing devices, the distribution device may be formed as a switch module which supplies the collection products coming from the collection as product streams either one or two further processing devices. In particular, the points module can be designed as a double switch, which can divide the product streams after merging into partial streams. If the switch module comprises two sub-modules connected in series, a fixing device can be arranged between the sub-modules. Another embodiment of the merging device according to the invention is characterized in that the collecting lines each comprise a circulating conveyor belt, on which in the conveying direction one behind the other a plurality of application stations for supplying the individual products is arranged. A further embodiment of the merging device according to the invention is characterized in that the at least one further processing section as further processing devices comprises two fixing devices for fixing the collection products coming from the collection lines. In particular, the fixing devices provide the individual collecting products with at least one fixing element, in particular with an envelope or adhesive tape. In particular, behind the at least one further processing section, a further further processing section is arranged, which comprises as further processing devices two fixing devices associated with the stacking devices. The at least two collection lines may be formed identically and have the same number of landing stations. However, the collection lines can also be of different lengths and provided with a different number of landing stations. An inventive method for operating a merger device according to the invention is characterized in that on the at least two collection lines first and second collection products are assembled, and that the first and second collection products are processed separately in the subsequent at least one further processing section. Another method for operating a merger device according to the invention is characterized in that on the at least two collection lines first and second collection products are assembled, that the first and second collection products are brought together by means of the distributor respectively to third collection products, and that in the following at least one further processing section, the third collection products are further processed. In particular, the third collection products in the distribution device for further processing can be divided into partial streams. FIG. 6 shows an enlarged detail of a stacking device from the merging device according to FIGS. 1 to 3. WAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION In Fig. 1, a first embodiment of a merge device according to the invention is shown in plan view from above. The merging device 10 of FIG. 1 comprises a collecting section 11 with two collecting paths 11a, 11b, which are of mirror-image design and have a similar construction. The collection lines 11a and 11b, which have a conveying direction from left to right in FIG. 1, can optionally be connected to a further processing section via a points module 12, which in the example has a first further processing device 13b and a downstream second further processing device 15b which are interconnected by a Conveyor 14b are connected. At the collecting lines 11a, b in the conveying direction a plurality of (fifteen in the example shown) landing stations 19 (Fig. 4) are arranged to hang the individual printed products flat on the collection route, which are then combined to form a collection product. In the example of Fig. 1, the first further processing device 13b is a fixing device, the collected from the collecting lines 11a, b collection products fixed by handling at least one tape or at least one further printed product for further handling. The second further processing device 15b here is a stacking device, which summarizes the collected collected products in stacks and finished in the form of a package pallet 16 for shipping. The switch module 12 arranged between the collecting lines 11a, b and the further processing devices can assume and perform various functions. On the one hand, it can combine the collective products of both collection lines into a third collective product. This can be done continuously for all collected products. However, it is also conceivable to combine only selected collection products of one collection route with selected collection products of the other collection route. It can also optionally transport the collected products only one collection line for further processing, if the other collection route is not in operation or pauses. As a result, a flexible operation of the device 10 is already possible. 2, a second embodiment of a merge device according to the invention is shown in plan view from above, which allows even more modes. The merging device 10 of FIG. 2 comprises two similarly constructed production lines 11a, 13a, 14a and 15a and 11b, 13b, 14b and 15b which are mutually mirror-inverted and communicate with each other at one point by a point module 12. Both production lines are each subdivided into a collection section 11, a first further processing section 13 and a second further processing section 15. The two further processing sections 13 and 15 of the two production lines 11a, 13a, 14a and 15a and 11b, 13b, 14b and 15b are each connected by a conveyor 14a and 14b. In the collecting section 11, in turn, parallel to each other and independently operable two collecting lines 11a and 11b are arranged, the two closely juxtaposed circulating conveyor belts 17 (Figure 2) or similar conveyors such. Include cam chains on which, for example, at uniform intervals compartments or storage positions are defined in which the individual printed products can be stored for collecting. The conveyor belts 17 pass the compartments or depositing positions past the application stations 19, which are arranged one after the other in the conveying direction, where a predetermined print product is fed to them in each case by a feed device 18 (FIG. 4). If a single compartment has been moved past all the (active) docking stations 19, the printed products fed to the docking stations 19 - as already described above - have merged into a collecting product, which can then be fed to the subsequent further processing. The feeders 18 may for example be comparatively simple separator, which from the outside of an operator, the respective printed product in batches of a package pallet 16 (FIG. 4) is fed, and then the printed products by peeling from the stack and singulate on the conveyor belt store corresponding collection section 11a, b flat. Both collection lines 11a and 11b give at their ends (right in Fig. 1) independently of each other, but coordinated with each other collection products, the further processing is then determined by the selectable operating position of the subsequent points module 12. The points module 12 linked in the manner of a switch, the outputs of the two collection lines 11a and 11b. In principle, three different points are possible: In the first point setting the collected products of the lower collection section 11a are added up to the collection products of the upper collection section 11b, so that from these two collection products, a third collection product is produced, which is further processed as a collection product. In the second point setting the collected products of the lower collection section 11 a and the upper collection section 11 b are supplied separately to the further processing and further processed there separately. In the third point setting the collected products of the upper collection section 11b are added down to the collection products of the lower collection section 11a, so that from these two collection products a fourth collection product is produced, which is further processed as a collection product. The switch position can remain constant for a sequence of collection products, but can also be selectively changed or switched during operation to produce alternately different collection products. In this way, creates an exceptionally flexible and versatile merge system that works in parallel with small collection products and high throughputs or can provide complex, large and different collection products with comparatively small space requirements by merging two juxtaposed collection lines. In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the further processing of the collected products in the further processing section 13 in separate further processing devices 13a and 13b in turn comprises fixing the collected products formed with an envelope, in particular in the form of a folded further printed product, or an adhesive tape (Tapefix) as a fixing, wherein the fixing elements are supplied from the outside in stacks of the device or withdrawn from a roll (Fig. 5). For the next further processing in the further processing section 15, the fixed collection products are conveyed via two separate conveyors 14a and 14b to stacking devices 15a and 15b, where the final packaging (binding, wrapping with films, palletising, etc.) is performed. The final result is then package pallets 16, which can be transported to the distributors. A further flexibilization is achieved if according to the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the merging device 10 includes a points module 12 which is formed as a double switch with two successively arranged sub-modules 12a and 12b. While the remaining part of the merging device 10 similar in arrangement and function of the merger device 10 of FIG. 2, using the sub-modules 12a and 12b of the switch module, a mode can be realized in which the collected products of the two collection lines 11a and 11 b in the switch module 12 is merged by the first sub-module 12a to form a third collection product and then subdivided in the subsequent sub-module 12b the product flow of the third collection products again into two sub-streams, which then separated in the processing lines 13a, 14a, 15a and 13b, 14b 15b further processed. Such an operating mode makes sense, for example, if the stacking devices 15a and 15b allow only limited stacking heights. By dividing into partial streams then both stacking devices 15a and 15b can be utilized evenly without being limited by the stack height. In this context, it is also conceivable to use a fixing device between the two sub-modules 12a and 12b, which performs the above-mentioned fixation on the collected products before dividing into partial streams.
